Description

The F&B & Hospitality committee aims at promoting French Gastronomy in Singapore, by organising monthly luncheons and exceptional networking events.

This committee is also the opportunity for Food and Beverage representatives to meet, network, exchange ideas and discuss common issues.

 

Highlights

One Friday every month, the French Chamber organises a networking luncheon. A great opportunity to enjoy an exquisite French lunch while broadening your network!

Chef Gauthier Moysan shared a few tips on making the traditional French baguette, on how to get it light and airy with a wonderful crisp golden crust, before our participants got their hands into the flour and dough themselves. And since every dinner party needs a dessert, what could be more classy than a tarte au citron? A burst of candied zest, a delicate shortcrust pastry holding fresh lemon curd as its star ingredient, Chef David Landriot led everyone through the process, step-by-step.
