- Nicolas MIESCH, Managing Director South East Asia-Pacific,
EFESO spent the past 10 years being active with EFESO Consulting clients, providing support implementing progression programs within a wide range of industries such as Chemicals, F&B, Automotive, Aerospace, Cosmetics and building products. Nicolas started his career across France for SAFRAN as a 6 sigma developer within the group (Labinal & SNECMA). He became expert in World Class Operation Management within EFESO group. Based in Singapore to cover South East Asia Pacific since 5 years, Nicolas is Managing Director for the area, he is supervising the entire Value creation across all the practices covered by EFESO: Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business process, Lean in Laboratories, Human Dynamics & Digital progression.
Nicolas hold a master degree in Operation Management specialized in Logistic and Production from University de Technologies de Troyes

Paul J Nelson joined EFESO as a senior consultant in 2015 and is an expert in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Process and Change Management. He has coached improvement programs in several of our clients in these disciplines.
He is a graduate of the Nanyang Technological Institute in Mechanical Engineering and did his MBA in the Nanyang Business School.
Prior to joining EFESO Consulting, he was with Energizer Singapore in various roles ending with Global APAC SAP Manufacturing Project Implementation leader from 2013 to 2014. He was also leading manufacturing operations in Singapore and Malaysia from 2007-2012. Before that, he was a senior Supply Chain Manager. He applied and implemented TPM and Lean Manufacturing transformation strategies in both plants.
