About the Speaker
- Dr Tham, Executive Board Director of Meinhardt Infrastructure
As Executive Board Director of Meinhardt Infrastructure, Dr Tham is responsible for the firm’s management and operations with the role of Director for Admin / IT and Finance; with The Meinhardt Group, Dr Tham is appointed the Director Business Development with Meinhardt Global Strategic Business unit.
Key projects led by Dr Tham as Project Director and Project Manager includes Biomass Waste to Energy Plant, Chemical Plant, Power and Cogen Plants in Singapore.
Dr Tham represents on the Expert panel providing advice to the implementation of people first PPP projects and its sustainability development goals at the United Nations Headquarter in Geneva and its participating countries like China, Ukraine etc.
Frequently Dr Tham is invited to speak at local and regional conferences relating to the infrastructure construction industry including selecting, preparing, marketing and financing of infrastructure projects.

Meinhardt Infrastructure is in its 14th year since incorporation. It is a fully-owned subsidiary of Meinhardt Group. It is also an engineering consultancy providing multi-disciplinary services for civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical and geotechnical engineering with various integrated expertise in Singapore and in the region.
