Millennials are tech savvy, adaptable, and creative. But they also have a unique set of expectations and demands: more than a paycheck, they want a sense of pride and fulfilment from their work, a purpose and importantly a company whose values match their own.

In this presentation, Victoria Bethlehem, Head, Human Resources - Asia Pacific, The Adecco Group, will share insights into how they recruit and retain their own millennials through global initiatives such as their Win4Youth and CEOFor1Month (CSR) programs.

Her session will cover :

    • Which attraction strategies have worked for The Adecco Group and why
    • What makes their millennials stay – or leave
    • Global initiatives that have had a local impact

- Please note that this event is restricted to French Chamber members only -
