Companies are spending a huge amount of time to improve and fine-tune their internal process and system.

In a world where disruption is a new norm, looking internally is far from being enough and the development of “collaborative planning forecast & replenishment” is at a very best too slow. Why did that happen?

Building bridges between the companies and the customers/ consumers enable to adapt to our ever changing world and anticipate the new trends.

The presentation by Christophe Rossignol, Regional Supply Chain Head for China & SEA, Nestle Nutrition, will focus on concrete examples demonstrating how Supply chain can further help the companies to grow thanks to a customer driven mindset.
