Designing and constructing efficiently large-scale industrial systems is today a fundamental strategic challenge for the industry. This requires the understanding of engineering practices as well as sophisticated theoretical tools. Also it explains the purpose of the Complex Systems Design & Management (CSD&M) conference which is to be an international academic-industrial forum dedicated to all academic researchers and industrial actors working on complex industrial systems engineering.
The CSD&M conference has been created in France in 2010 by the French non-profit organization CESAMES (Center of Excellence on Systems Architecture, Management, Economy and Strategy) with the express support of the Dassault Aviation – DCNS – DGA – Thales "Complex Systems Engineering" industrial chair of Ecole Polytechnique (Chairman: Daniel Krob, Institute Professor of Ecole Polytechnique and President of CESAMES)
As CSD&M Paris has encountered great success since 4 editions among North American and European systems engineering communities, its organizers decide to extend it in the Asia-Pacific area for the first time in 2014.
To do so, the prestigious National University of Singapore has joined the Organization. Register now here.
