- Smart Building will be standard by 2030! -

Smart building is defined as a building that is both intelligent and connected, with components capable of exchanging information with each other, to respond to the demands of the environment and the comfort of use. To carry out such a project, several technological and organisational challenges are to be met.

Today’s urban planners are looking to leverage connected technologies, analytics and integrated systems to increase productivity, efficiency and also reduce downtime and labour costs.

According to recent studies, by 2030, today’s functional building will become completely autonomous, self-learning smart buildings. From the design & conceptualisation stage, to construction, energy, lifecycle and people flow , our speakers will bring us through the journey of Smart Building. Using practical cases,

They will share on how building and building management can be connected, efficient, flexible, to meet constantly changing needs.
