About the Speaker
Henrik Berglind – AccorHotels - Vice President, Loyalty – Asia Pacific
Henrik has over 20 years in senior hotel executive positions, both in Asia Pacific and Europe. Originally wanting to be a Financial Controller after University graduation, his career has taking him across a broad variety of roles and responsibilities; including Sales, Distribution, Revenue Management, OTAs, Web Direct, E-commerce, Customer Experience and Loyalty.
He is proud to say that most of it has been within the forever evolving AccorHotels in Australia, Paris and now in his Asia Pacific role heading up Loyalty and Guest Experience.
A significant movement was being awarded a Silver Bernache for Performance in 2010. Swedish born, internationally experienced, Australian citizen and now Singaporean Resident, married with two teenage children and a very spoilt Cavalier King Charles, all of them in Sydney.
Johann Suchon, Edenred, Managing Director China, HK, Singapore and Global Rewards
Johann has more than 15 years of experience developing meaningful customer relationships for some of the world’s leading companies and is a recognized CRM expert. An HEC Business school graduate, Johann started his consulting career in Accenture and joined Edenred in 2005 in China, developing Loyalty and Digital Marketing Services business line. Passionate about customers relationship building strategies and consumers behavior, his insight comes from extensive strategic consulting experience for industries including automotive, retail, finance, energy, FMCG, Luxury and IT. While keeping the overall management of Edenred China and Hong Kong, since 2014 he is also in charge of Edenred Marketing Solutions in Singapore and South East Asia as well as the new Edenred Global Rewards offering covering USA, Latin America and APAC. He now resides in Singapore with his wife and 4 year old son.
Alexander Tran – GRAB - Head of Marketing Technology & Operations at Grab
Growth and innovation specialist. Prior to joining Grab, he was at Luxola, SEA's largest beauty & cosmetics e-commerce company, helping to grow the business from Series A to acquisition by Sephora.
As a head of Marketing Technology and operations at Grab, he created GrabRewards, transportation and payments rewards platform, SEA's largest rewards program with partners like Singapore Airlines, Spotify, McDonalds and Starbucks.
