About the speakers


Bimal Modi, Partner, Head M&A Transaction Services, Deloitte India


Bimal leads the M&A Transaction Services Practice in India. Prior to transferring to India, he was part of Deloitte Transaction Services Group in the UK.

Bimal has a broad range of due diligence experience on Indian, UK and cross-border transactions including vendor due diligence, acquisition due diligence, listing on stock exchanges, and public to private transactions across all sectors.

Bimal has worked with a wide range of corporates and private equity houses.
