Arthur Policarpio is the Head of Asia Pacific for Mobext, the mobile marketing brand of Havas Media Group and the largest mobile marketing agency in the world, and oversees Mobext Philippines operations. A mobile marketing professional for more than 10 years, Policarpio co-founded one of the Philippine’s pioneers and leading independent agency for online and mobile advertising, Snapworx Inc. He also served as the 2009 President of the Internet and Mobile Marketing Association of the Philippines (IMMAP), which counts over 100 member companies. He has previously worked with in brand management department of Procter & Gamble Philippines.
