Come and join us to our monthly networking luncheon on Friday 17 March 2017 and enjoy an exquisite French lunch allowing you to broaden your network!
Featuring a vertical fridge with a large selection of imported cold cuts and International cheese from all over the world selected by the Executive Chef.
Daily selected items will be available for the guest with a large selection of mustard and honey to be combined with the selection.
The seafood pantry will feature a large varieties of seafood, Fish tartare such as seabass, tuna, salmon or swordfish
Mussel, razor clam, Smoked salmon, cured salmon, specialties salmon
Marinated seafood, such as swordfish, anchovy, octopus
Menu will vary according to market availability.
The grill: at Lunch we will have a roasted striploin carving, whole baked fish, and a selection of grilled vegetables.
At the local corner will be our Signature Hainanese chicken rice, roasted crispy pork belly and roasted duck.
The following Soft drinks will be available: Water, freshly squeezed juices and sodas.
