What role does your instinct play in your hiring decisions? Is it always right?

Identifying and grooming top leaders is tricky and selecting top talents from the crowd is unpredictable.

Dr Albert Nussbaum, Managing Director of Mercuri Urval Germany and Professor of Psychology at RWTH Aachen, Germany, will address decision makers on the subject of selecting the right business leaders and people that make up the life blood of any organisation. He’ll explore the psychology behind it, the scientific method, and the strong business case for adopting sound and proven leadership selection and talent assessment frameworks.
