Dr Albert Nussbaum, Managing Director of Mercuri Urval Germany and Professor of Psychology at RWTH Aachen, Germany, will address decision makers on the subject of selecting the right business leaders and people that make up the life blood of any organisation. He’ll explore the psychology behind it, the scientific method, and the strong business case for adopting sound and proven leadership selection and talent assessment frameworks.
About the Speaker:
- Dr Albert Nussbaum, Managing Director of Mercuri Urval Germany
Albert joined Mercuri Urval more than 30 years ago and has been instrumental in building the international reach and strength of our company as it is today. He is leading the German organisation as Managing Director and acts as global advisor to many other Mercuri Urval teams in the world. Prior to Mercuri Urval he worked in scientific research and as a lecturer at RWTH Aachen University, focusing on psychological diagnostic and the science of learning.
With Mercuri Urval, Albert has worked with large clients as well as small companies to help them with strategy implementation, building people competencies, organisation development and steering through the rough waters of M&A processes.
