As an entrepreneur, a sales professional or a manager, developing your “Networking Skills” with clients and stakeholders will likely be high on your list of priorities.
Growing strong relationships is key to the success of your business and first meetings are key moments.
To do this effectively can be difficult and needs you achieve a delicate balance between being genuinely interested in the other person and talking about yourself and your business.
In this high practical and interactive workshop session, we will look at the dynamics of those first meetings and give you some tools to help you prepare, engage and connect with your partners.
We take you through a series of structured Networking Conversations with different partners, giving you great insights to better understand your personal style, the impact you have on others and the key skills you need to develop to connect effectively. The conversation practice will be facilitated in English to help you get practice in situations where you are dealing with non-French speakers.
To finish the session, we will share learnings from the session, summarize some Networking Conversations best practices and focus on your next steps to develop your skills. …and then move into some more informal networking to finish off the evening.
