How it works?

Insights Discovery is a simple and accessible four-colour model that helps to understand ourselves and others.  

Every individual has 4 colour energies within them; it is the combination of these energies that creates their unique personality.

In this workshop, you will get a short practice session to discover the principals behind the Insight Discovery model, and reflection on how to use the model in your workplace.

About the Speaker

  •  Amine DELAGE - Founder, L&P – Learning and Performing 

Amine has over 14 years of coaching experience and 25 years of business experience. Coaching since 2003 and certified with the International Coach Federation in 2017, Amine specialises in individual and team coaching for high performance and leadership development. His clients senior executives, emerging leaders, across the region in oil and gas, Geoscience banking, hospitality, retail, insurance, education and the health sector. Some of the companies he has worked with include Total Group, CGG, Essilor, Givaudan, BASF, Hermes, MSIG and Unilever.

Amine is fluent in delivering training, facilitation and coaching in English, French and Arabic. He brings with him a much sought-after ability to coach across a diverse range of individuals and environments, to bridge these gaps that many companies face today that affect business performance. He develops and designs programmes for organisations, including people and performance management, conflict management, safety leadership, communication skills, service, as well as train-the-trainer.
