Women are still under-represented and are particularly vulnerable to masculine stereotypes that make it even more difficult for women to excel. How do women in predominantly male Industries find their path? What are the approaches to closing the gender gap?
Get inspired by these Business Women who will share their insights and experiences. During this round table, they will elaborate on the barriers they overcame, the opportunities they had and they will share advice for other women.

About the Speakers:
Based in Singapore since July 2015, Estelle was appointed Managing Director for Technip Singapore in April 2016.
She has more than 20 years working experience in the Oil and Gas industry working in various finance and leadership roles in many countries such as France, Canada or the US. She spent circa 15 years working for Shell before transiting to the Technip Group in 2010.
Throughout her career she has been looked at as an "unconventional CFO" as she is always been strongly involved in global diversity networks to enhance team performance and takes pride in developing her teams. Estelle has a Master’s degree from Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Marseille.
She believes that true wealth is not what one possesses, but what one gives.
Julie Steff is working for Total, in the Marketing & Services branch. She is the General Manager for Retail Development and Marketing for Asia Pacific and the Middle East. She assists 13 affiliates in this zone for the development, operation and marketing of their retail activity representing overall 2000 service stations.
She started working for Total 15 years ago. Her different jobs led her to develop logistics projects in African countries, to manage supply and logistics in Total’s Reunion Island affiliate and lately to manage the retail development for Africa and the Middle East (40 countries, 4500 stations) and the roll-out of the new retail image worldwide.
Julie has an engineer degree from "Ecole des Mines".
Based in Singapore since mid-2016, Ms Eve BONNARDEL is the Asia-Pacific business development manager for defense & security market. She joined CNIM group in 2014 as marine sales manager, to develop both civil and military activity in Europe and Asia. Before, she worked 4 years for the French naval industry association, and one year for the French Navy. She is still reserve officer in the French Navy HQ in Paris.
Eve Bonnardel has a master degree in political science and international relations from Toulouse "Sciences Po" and Paris Assas University.
As a Senior Consultant for Mercuri Urval Asia, Emma provides human capital consulting, executive search, assessments and coaching services to various multinational companies across Asia-Pacific.
Prior to joining Mercuri Urval, Emma was a regional director in one of the leading advertising agencies. She was helping global brands grow their businesses across Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa.
Also a certified coach for 7 years, she helps organizations to harness human potential and get the best possible result with the highest employees’ satisfaction level.
Emma has a master degree in European law from Paris-X University and various coaching certifications.
In her free time, she enjoys competing in triathlons across the region.
