On 15 Mar 2019, China passed the “Foreign Investment Law of China” which will be formally implemented from 1 Jan 2020. With this, it ends the era in which foreign investment had been governed by the “Three Foreign Investment Laws”. What will this mean to foreign investors?
RHTLaw Taylor Wessing’s International China Practice will look at the salient terms under this new Foreign Investment Law and highlight the key changes.
This seminar targets all organisations, especially senior management, who would like to get themselves prepared for the potential opportunities and legal risks of doing business in China following the implementation of this new law!
