Founded in 2010 by Olivier Bendel, DHM burst onto Singapore’s F&B scene with Parisian steak and fries bistro, L’Entrecôte. One of Singapore’s leading restaurant groups, DHM quickly grew to a collection of five unique dining concepts across Singapore, including L’Entrecôte The Steak & Fries Bistro, Sabio Tapas Bar, Sabio by the Sea, Forlino and Glasshouse by DHM; an all-day alfresco multi-concept destination featuring L’Entrecôte, Sabio, &Made and Ange Cafe. The group also owns Déliciae Catering Co., a private catering arm offering bespoke menus from all its restaurant concepts for events of all types and scales.
Olivier Bendel was awarded Tourism Entrepreneur of the Year 2013 by the Singapore Tourism Board.
