Brasserie Gavroche celebrates the quintessential spirit of Paris, and the timeless classic culinary art. Chancing upon the charming conservation shophouse on Tras Street, the concept of Brasserie Gavroche came into fruition. True to the ethos of the Parisian spirit, Chef Frédéric Colin presents a menu where authentic Parisian classics are prepared according to his grandfather’s age–old recipes, many of which made up the comfort food from his youth.
With a passion for cooking and love for great produce, Brasserie Gavroche’s cuisine is timeless. A standout among the main courses, the Quenelles de Poisson Sauce Nantua, Recette du Grand-Père Henri, Grandpa Henri’s Fish Quenelles with Crayfish Sauce, is a rustic, heritage dish lovingly prepared.
The Ribeye Steak Frites and Sole Meunière are also lauded by loyal diners as the best in town. A selection of French desserts round off the meal, such as the home–made strawberry millefeuille, the freshly baked tarte tatin or the generous portions of chocolate mousse, which is a flight to dessert heaven.
The Gavroche Group of restaurants also includes Cafe & Bar Gavroche, a quaint Parisian cafe located across the street from Brasserie Gavroche. Discover more at www.gavrochegroup.com
