We usually serve crepes which are thin and crispy but you can choose to have a galette which is thicker and softer.
Crepes are from the west part of Brittany "Finistere" and Galettes are found in the east part of Brittany "Ille et Vilaine", both are cooked really fast at high temperature more than 250 degrees and have holes of different sizes.
Spread around in one way , our buckwheat crepes or galettes are made of organic flour from Brittany, water and rock salt from Guerande , it's suitable for vegetarian, vegan (without butter) and it's gluten free.
We are selling the buckwheat flour for take away at $ 10.00 per kg. In Brittany a typical creperie meal is composed of savoury crepes & galettes for main course , sweet crepes for desserts and accompanied by a "Bolee" (Brittany name for the special drinking cup) of cider which can be sweet (with more sugar taste) or dry .
Not more than three galettes can be served at the same time as they are cooked on the spot on the billig (Brittany name for the special hot pan).
This is why we recommend to eat your galette when its hot and to book in advance a special menu for table of more than ten customers as the waiting time will be too long if there are too many different orders.
We also do private event, we can accommodate up to 30 guests inside and up to 16 in the alfresco area. For table with 5 and more customers (sharing), we charge $1.00 per cover for the one not ordering anything.
