Recruitment Services


The French Chamber has been assisting companies in their recruitment needs in Asia for over 10 years through its Human Resources Department, which holds an Employment Agency license granted by Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower (MOM). We offer support and advice in the recruitment process by defining positions, referring candidates matching requirements after interviews, and establishing shortlists of candidates. Recruitment service is also giving advice on HR issues in Singapore.


We place candidates for permanent, contract and internship roles, French, French-speaking or local talents of various professional backgrounds and experience. With dedicated specialist recruitment consultants for each job sector that we cover, each consultant is an expert on their specific industry and is able to offer experienced advice to both employers and jobseekers.

Our Recruitment Process

  1. Study of the context for the position
  2. Definition of the position and the candidate profile
  3. Sourcing: We will deliver a comprehensive sourcing strategy that covers standard forms of sourcing as well as innovative solutions to ensure we attract the most suitable candidates in the market. We work with each of our clients to develop a sourcing solution based on a combination of the following.
  • Our database: the top database of French-speaking candidates located in Singapore and APAC
  • Online advertising / social media 
  • Network / referrals
  1. Selection of candidates
  2. Checking references
  3. Candidates’ interviewed by your company
  4. Signing of the contract and start of work


Recruitment fees are billable only upon successful hire.


Fees for French Chamber Member Companies:

  • Large Corporate members: 14%
  • Entrepreneur, SME, Associate Members: 12%

Fees for Non-Members: 16%
