Mr. Chan Tsan is the Chief Executive Officer at HTX (Home Team Science & Technology Agency), the world’s first agency to integrate science and engineering capabilities across Singapore’s Home Team departments to enhance homeland security.
Appointed CEO in December 2019, Mr. Chan previously served as Deputy Secretary at Singapore’s Ministry of Home Affairs. With extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, he has led initiatives that foster cross-sector collaboration and tackle complex security challenges. Under his leadership, HTX has become a key player in Singapore’s digital transformation agenda, significantly contributing to national resilience and safety.
Join us for an exclusive conversation with Mr. Chan Tsan as he shares his journey in leading HTX, its innovations, talent development, and impact on public safety in Singapore and beyond.
The discussion will be moderated by Ms. Sylvie Kwok, Assistant Director at the Ministry of Defence and Honorary Secretary of the French Alumni Singapore Association.

- 8.50am- 9.40am: Dialogue with Mr. Tsan Chan and Ms. Sylvie Kwok
