Chan Tsan is the Chief Executive Officer at HTX (Home Team Science & Technology Agency), the world’s first agency to integrate science and engineering capabilities across Singapore’s Home Team departments to enhance homeland security.

Appointed CEO in December 2019, Mr. Chan previously served as Deputy Secretary at Singapore’s Ministry of Home Affairs. With extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, he has led initiatives that foster cross-sector collaboration and tackle complex security challenges. Under his leadership, HTX has become a key player in Singapore’s Smart Nation and digital transformation agenda, significantly contributing to national resilience and safety.
