Vipul Chawla is the Group CEO of FairPrice Group, Singapore’s largest retailer which comprises NTUC FairPrice, food services businesses Kopitiam and NTUC Foodfare, pharmacy and convenience chains Unity and Cheers, and leading loyalty programme NTUC Link. The Group has over 570 touchpoints across Singapore and employs almost 13,000 staff, with an annual turnover of $4.5 billion.

With 30 years of experience in retail and leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies across the globe, Vipul ensures FairPrice Group’s balance between profit and purpose – he guides the business in delivering on its social mission to keep daily essentials within reach for all, while maintaining its operational sustainability for the long term.
