Join us for a breakfast briefing with SIAC
Singapore and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre are favoured options when it comes to dispute resolution in Asia (and beyond). Join us for an interactive seminar in which we will discuss the main features of international arbitration in Singapore and the key recent developments.
With a special focus on the 2025 edition of the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), which were just released, we will discuss with representatives of the SIAC about the innovations in the 2025 SIAC Arbitration Rules, and the efforts by the SIAC to improve efficiency in the dispute resolution process.
