Altavia Strengthens its Presence in Southeast Asia With the Acquisition of ielo Design

Altavia group, the world’s leading independent network dedicated to Retail Marketing Services, acquires ielo design agency and strengthens its presence in South East Asia and the reach of its Travel Retail division.

Co-founded in Singapore in 2014 by Cloe Faye and Jeanne Mouterde, ielo design is a creative agency that combines strategy and creativity to craft memorable experiences through tailored brand communication and interior design for retailers, brands, and F&B businesses.
As a fully integrated agency, it offers a comprehensive range of services, including market insight, customer analysis, creative concepts & design development.

Ielo design specializes in retail and travel retail, drawing on its richness and diversity to deliver exceptional projects. Its multicultural team comprises six nationalities and speaks eight languages, bringing a wealth of perspectives and expertise to every initiative. The agency leverages its global experience to tailor projects that resonate with local cultures and behaviours. With extensive experience across a large diversity of sectors, ielo design gathers valuable insights that inform its creative strategies & concepts.

The clientele spans local, regional, and global markets, with a particular focus on the Southeast Asian region.
From its studio in Singapore, the agency manages retail concepts creations and adaptations as well as brand communication projects across all continents, having successfully implemented initiatives in over 30 countries and more than 100 locations across the world, including major airports such as Changi Singapore, Hong Kong International Airport, Hangzhou International departure, London Heathrow or Roissy Charles de Gaulle in Paris for clients such as Lagardère Travel Retail, EssilorLuxottica, China Duty Free Group, Nikon, Sodiaal and Engie to name a few…

ielo will join forces with Altavia Travel Retail, a platform dedicated to providing high value strategy consulting, creative design and implementation services to airport management companies, retail and F&B operators, GTR brands.
In addition to its offices in the UK, Dubai and China, Altavia Travel Retail accelerates its development in strategic South East Asia with an highly experienced and skilled Singapore based hub.
