Patron Spotlight | Cegos Asia Pacific - Driving Sustainability and Innovation in Learning Across Asia
Could you please provide an overview of your company’s presence in Singapore and across Asia?
Since the incorporation of Cegos APAC headquarters in Singapore in 2012, Cegos has rapidly expanded its footprint across the Asia-Pacific region. Through strategic partnerships and a commitment to localised service, we have built a strong network of training solutions in countries such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, India, Australia, the Philippines, South Korea, Japan, and Hong Kong.
"Think Global, Learn Local," encapsulates our philosophy. By blending global expertise with an intimate knowledge of local markets, we deliver world-class training programs that are uniquely adapted to the cultural and business landscapes of each region. This approach ensures our clients benefit from global best practices while staying relevant and effective in their local environments, enabling them to thrive in an ever-evolving market.
How does Cegos APAC integrate sustainability into its Human Resource Development, Training, and Operational Consulting services?
Rooted in our continuous dedication to improve, Cegos APAC have embraced sustainability and digital transformation. We introduced paperless policies to encourage digital workflows, minimising the need for paper and adopting Artificial Intelligence (AI) to automate processes, thereby enhancing productivity and reducing our environmental footprint. We have also made the strategic decision to move from a traditional office to a shared office space, significantly reducing our electricity consumption and operational costs. This shift aligns with our commitment to both sustainability and business efficiency, allowing us to deliver high-quality services while maintaining responsible business practices.
Can you share some examples of how Cegos APAC supports Learning & Development professionals in navigating the challenges of Digital, Business, and Social Transformation?
