Anne TanHead of HR, APAC at Campari

Anne Tan Boon Boon is a seasoned People and Organization Performance lead, with more than 20 years experience in this area. Her work has spanned geography covering APAC, Middle East, Mediterranean & Africa. Currently the Head of HR, APAC for Campari, her previous experiences include pharmaceutical, medical devices industry and logistics (GlaxoSmithKline, Essilor, Geodis), as well as consulting (HayGroup, Accenture).

With a  passion for topics related to Women into Leadership, Diversity & Inclusion, and also various social causes, especially for disadvantaged children, she has spearheaded numerous related initiatives in both her career and personal front. She has been the Co-Chair for FCCS Women In Business Committee since 2019, and is an active Grassroots leader serving and driving changes in her community.

She has 2 children - Matthew and Micaela, and hopes that they can see the importance of what she is doing and continue to drive the agenda forward.
