Arnaud Fendler is a qualified lawyer at the Paris Bar and joined DS Avocats in 2015.

He specializes in customs and international trade law, and has developed a strong expertise in customs valuation matters. He is currently seconded to the DS office in Ho-Chi-Minh City and assists the firm’s clients in ASEAN countries on various trade and customs matters.

Alongside his work as a lawyer, Arnaud Fendler is an active member of the ICC Customs and Trade Commissions and is part of the ICC delegation within the Technical Committee for Customs Valuation of the WCO.
