She intervenes at team level to develop high-performing teams in cross-cultural environments and at an organisational level to support firms through the various changes they have to face. She also facilitates co-development programmes to help MNCs succeed in their organisational change in a sustainable way by enhancing collaboration, and individuals grow through collective intelligence.
