Former McKinsey consultant, and head of Lazada’s strategy department, Benjamin developed a deep passion for people management in a career that spanned continents and industries. Noticing a pattern among companies that wanted to help their people achieve their full potential, he created BrioHR together with fellow INSEAD alumni in the hopes of transforming the workplace stories of millions around the globe, and improving corporate performance for companies big and small at the same time.
BrioHR is a new kind of HR management software covering the full employee lifecycle in a modern and user friendly platform. Its modular offering allows SMEs in Southeast Asia and beyond to digitize and automate their HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, core HR (payroll, leaves, employee records and document management, expense claims...), as well as performance management.
