Caroline Guyot is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of ENGIE Factory Asia-Pacific, the venture arm of ENGIE, which she helped establish in 2018 to foster innovation and accelerate the energy transition in the region. Based in Singapore, Caroline leads the development of new business models and partnerships aimed at creating scalable climate solutions.

Previously, Caroline worked with Ashoka, where she managed global accelerator programs and designed corporate innovation strategies for multinationals in energy and climate sectors. She also co-founded ChangemakerXChange in Asia and led Réseau Entreprendre in Brussels, as well as launched Forward, an accelerator for impact startups.
