Cedric ChatelManaging Director, Energy Finance & Advisory at Societe Generale

Cedric is based in Singapore and has 20 years of experience in raising and investing in structured debt funding. He is working in the Energy Finance & Advisory team of Société Générale and is in charge of both advisory and arranging assignments. He has been relocated in 2018 from London to Hong Kong, and in 2022 to Singapore with a particular focus on expanding Société Générale´s power and renewables franchise across APAC.

Cédric has led various advisory and arranging mandates in the wider infrastructure and energy sector, including among others offshore wind, floating solar and integrated LNG-To-Power projects. He joined Société Générale’s German branch in 2000 as financial analyst prior to holding various responsibilities in the coverage, export finance, structured export finance, infrastructure project finance and energy project finance teams in Frankfurt, Paris, London, Hong Kong and Singapore.
