Dave GohVice President & Head, Logistics & Supply Chain Management (LSCM) Division

Mr. Dave Goh was appointed Vice President and Head for the Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LSCM) Division at the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) on 1 February 2024. The LSCM Division is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and development of Singapore’s supply chain and logistics sector. Dave is currently also serving as an Advisory Board Member to The Logistics Institute – Asia Pacific (TLIAP) at the National University of Singapore.


Prior to his current appointment, Dave was Vice President at the Hub Services and Connectivity (HSC) Strategy Division between 2022 and 2024. Dave was also part of EDB’s International Operations Division between 2019 to 2022. He was based in EDB’s Sao Paulo office to oversee the South American market as Regional Director (Americas) and was subsequently based in EDB’s Frankfurt Office to oversee Germany, Central Eastern Europe, Turkey and Russia as Regional Director (Europe).


Before his overseas posting, Dave held various portfolios at EDB Headquarters (Singapore) including roles with the Strategy Division (Supply Chain and Connectivity), Market Connectivity Programme Office, Professional Services Cluster Division and Urban Solutions Programme Office.


Between 2015 and 2017, Dave was a Management Consultant with Accenture’s Management Consulting Team (Health and Public Sector) and he also spent time driving business transformation with his family business.


He received a Bachelor of Engineering (Environmental Engineering) from the National University of Singapore, and a Masters in Environmental Studies from Aalborg University, Denmark.
