Don is the Managing Director of TYC , Transform Your Conversations, a boutique training and coaching company which helps organisations create a conversation culture and transform the way that Managers interact with their teams.

He has worked for over 40 years as a senior leader, executive coach and leadership development specialist. He brings a broad perspective of business and leadership challenges in international environments, having worked in 6 continents and 30 countries across Asia, Europe, the Americas, Middle East, Africa and Australasia.

Don lives in Singapore, holds British/French nationality, has lived in the UK, France and Belgium and spent over 5 years in the USA.

Don’s previous leadership experience was as the Head of Store Operations and Divisional Commercial Controller for the retailer Marks & Spencer in France, Belgium, Spain and Ireland and helped to drive the rapid expansion of the chain in Continental Europe.
