François-Xavier Accard is Managing Director of CMA CGM International Shipping Company, responsible for the safety and operational excellence of the CMA CGM Group’s Singapore fleet of vessels.

In his previous role with Bourbon Subsea Services as Head of Fleet Operations and Performance, he oversees fleet performance which includes the financial results, corporate strategies and policies.

With over 15 years of logistics and shipping experience, Mr Accard ensures fleet operations are optimised for efficiency and profitability with safety as a main driver. He graduated from ENSTA Bretagne with an engineering degree in Naval Architecture and Offshore Engineering in 2005.
