Frédéric Moncany de Saint-AignanPrésident du Cluster Maritime Français

Born in Rouen, Frédéric MONCANY de SAINT-AIGNAN is 1st Class Captain of Maritime Navigation and former pilot of the port of Rouen. Since December 2014 he has chaired the French Maritime Cluster. He is an officer of Mérite Maritime.

In addition to his duties at the French Maritime Cluster, he is Senior Vice-President of the International Association of Maritime Pilots and as such sits at the International Maritime Organization.

He has been a member of numerous bodies such as the Conseil Supérieur de la Marine Marchande, the Conseil Supérieur des Gens de Mer, the Executive Council of French Shipowners and the Carrefour des professions portuaire at the Union des Ports de France, he is also Captain of the Reserve Frigate (RCit) of the French Navy.
