Gavin ADDA, CEO, Industrial & Commercial / AsiaTOTAL SOLAR

Gavin Adda is a serial entrepreneur in technology and energy. He has been Total’s CEO for Commercial & Industrial Solar (Asia) since 2017.

Previously, he founded Cleantech Solar, a Singapore-based solar developer which was acquired by Shell. At REC Solar, he was Vice President in charge of Business Development, Corporate Communications and Investor Relations – where he sold the company to ChemChina for USD 640m.

From 2007 to 2013, he had various roles in Samsung Group including launching a solar JV which developed 500 MW of projects across the USA.

With an MBA from INSEAD and an MA from Cambridge University, Gavin Adda initially had a 10-year career in technology across Europe.
