Isabelle is a Human Performance expert with over 25 years’ experience including more than 15 years of Talent and Organisation Development and  Management Consulting experience in Asia.

With an expertise in assessing needs for Talent development in multicultural environments, Isabelle has built and developed strong and sustainable Leadership teams in Asia for her clients.

Prior to co-founding Timeo-Performance in 2008 and Akteos Asia (intercultural management specialist) in 2014, Isabelle led projects as a Business and Change Management consultant within leading consulting firms.

She has been working and living in Singapore since 2008. She is also a Board member of the French Chamber in Singapore and a CCE (Trade Advisor) for Singapore chapter.
