He has worked with major global companies such as Pechiney, Rio Tinto, Terrena and Axereal and excels in working with C-suite executive environment and in shareholder relationships.

Jérôme’s expertise is organizational transformation or growth by inclusion of climate change challenges and opportunities, new technologies and sustainability approach in the overall strategy of the business.

Based in Singapore, Jerome recently jointed AXA Climate to develop their business in APAC.
