Kevin Zhang is Chief Human Resources Officer - APAC at Havas Group, one of the world’s largest advertising and marketing services companies with 23,000 employees worldwide. He leads the APAC region that covers 15 markets and 4,000 talents across Havas Group. Kevin has also been tasked with developing specific initiatives to attract top talent to the agency while simultaneously creating learning and development programmes to retain talent.

Kevin is a seasoned professional with more than 25 years of HR experience in the advertising, media and marketing industry.  Prior to joining Havas, Kevin spent 10 years at IPG in New York as Director, Corporate Human Resources leading global HR initiatives. He has also worked as HR Manager with ALLOY Media + Marketing, Dow Jones & Company, and Ogilvy CommonHealth.  As a senior HR professional, Kevin specialises in talent management, talent acquisition, employee engagement, leadership development, performance management, and diversity and inclusion programs.
