Lionel LegrosGeneral Manager APAC - OVHcloud

Heading the Asia Pacific cluster at OVHcloud, Lionel Legros manages the Asia Pacific hub across Singapore, Melbourne and Bangalore; in addition to datacentre operations within the region. Lionel joined the OVHcloud adventure in 2015, at a time when OVHcloud was making plans for international expansion. Today, he manages the development of the entire Asia Pacific region, running the customer advocacy, sales, marketing and operations teams in this strategic part of the world; and recently made it into Data Economy’s The APAC 50 as one of the top 50 data centres and cloud influencers across Asia Pacific.

Holding a Masters in Business Administration from Polytechnic University of Hauts-de-France and trained in telecommunications engineering, Lionel is well experienced in the enterprise technology industry with different roles from product and innovation, business development to sales engineering. Passionate about entrepreneurship, new technologies and the start-up spirit, Lionel ran his own consulting business to advise companies on network optimisation and datacentre requirements; and also taught at his alma mater for several years.
