Mr Jeffrey Siow is the Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Enterprise Singapore.
Enterprise Singapore is the government agency championing enterprise development. The agency works with committed companies to build capabilities, innovate and internationalise. It also supports the growth of Singapore as a hub for global trading and startups, and builds trust in Singapore’s products and services through quality and standards.

Prior to his current appointment, Jeffrey was Principal Private Secretary to Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong. He has also served in other capacities at the Ministries of Transport, Education, Manpower and at the Prime Minister’s Office.

Jeffrey graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan Fellows Program with an MBA.

He also holds a BA in Economics & Government and a BSc in Urban & Regional Studies from Cornell University.
