Rakesh Kirpalani is the Chief Technology Officer at Drew & Napier LLC and leads the Dispute Resolution & Information Technology team (DrewTech). Apart from extensive experience in dealing with issues where risk and technology interface, including risk management and disputes in connection with information technology infrastructure and electronic evidence, Rakesh also has an active practice in commercial dispute resolution and litigation, in particular shareholders’ and directors’ disputes, economic torts, employment disputes, multi-jurisdictional disputes over traditional and renewable resources, and disputes concerning breaches of confidentiality.

With his legal and technical knowledge, Rakesh simplifies these issues for judges and arbitrators alike. He has advised various multi-national corporations, multi-jurisdictional private equity funds and listed companies both in Singapore and other jurisdictions.
