Samuel Levy-Basse, Partner at Prophet (US growth and strategic consulting firm) helps clients to reinvent their strategy, innovation, organization & culture by unleashing the power of the Human Centered Capital transformation into real-world and concrete solutions.

As Partner, Samuel leads Prophet’s Organisation and Culture practice in APAC. He delivered for his clients key Strategic and Culture engagements across different industries (Banking, Insurance, Retail, Travel Retail, Airlines…). He is specialised in EVP and has supported many clients at different stage of their EVP journey : Definition, Creative expression and activation. He has helped his clients attract, develop and retain their talents to increase business performance and strengthen the organisational culture and values.

Prior to joining Prophet, Samuel was the Managing Director of Capgemini Invent Hong Kong, leading a team of transformation consultants, data scientists and experts in new technologies.

Samuel has a strong international work experience. He worked in Moscow, Paris, Hong Kong and now Singapore.

Samuel holds a Master in Management program from EDHEC Business School of management and a Master in Business Law from Paris 1 – Panthéon Sorbonne.
