Sandra TangAsia Head of Finance Operations and Projects at Sanofi

Sandra is the Asia Head of Finance Operations and Projects at Sanofi, based in Singapore.

She has over 13 years of finance experience in multinational organizations in Asia, with a focus on the healthcare industry. With a strong experience in commercial and manufacturing regional financial controlling and in finance transformation projects, she is passionate about process efficiency, systems enhancement, and digital solutions.

Sandra has also recently received her Executive MBA at INSEAD.

As a co-president of the Women in Business Committee at the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore, Sandra actively takes part in conferences, workshops and sharing sessions to raise awareness about women empowerment.

At Sanofi, she is the co-lead of the International Gender Balance Network, implementing the group gender balance roadmap to reach 50/50 gender parity in its top 2,000 leaders by 2025.
