Thierry Foucher is managing Director of INGREDIA Pte Ltd, Singapore and has been involved in the food industry internationally for 30 years .
Thierry has been working for Ingredia for the past 20 years starting from sales of dairy ingredient to functional ingredient, he implemented an extensive and specialized distribution network in APAC.
Thierry set up the Ingredia Pte branch in 2008 to allow further durable expansion in Asia Pacific areas, and he was instrumental for the group in the successful commercial launching of several innovative bio-active ingredients developed in France and sold globally - these successes were achieved through long lasting customer partnership , local validation clinical studies & the conduct of registration file of various countries such as Korea KFDA or Australia TGA .
Thierry is a university graduate in Food Marketing and Technology and earned a Masters degree in Food and Agro-industry innovation. He speaks French, English and Spanish and has studied Chinese at Fujen University in Taiwan for a year
