Thuy NgoSVP, Strategic Accounts, Asia-Pacific at Sodexo

Thuy Ngo in her current role at Sodexo, leads strategic accounts organisation in Asia Pacific with 10,000+ employees across 12 territories. She is responsible for Growth & Delivery for Workplace Experience, Food and Facilities Management Services. As a strong advocate of sustainability and Net Zero, Thuy and her team play a key role in driving Corporate Responsibility strategy for Sodexo
and their clients. Passionate about diversity, she has been recognized for her purpose-driven leadership in inspiring and shaping a diverse and inclusive workforce and advocating for diversity in leadership roles. She believes that we create a win-win situation for everyone when we build genuine relationships, connect businesses to support people’s growth and develop ideas through
collaboration.


Thuy joined Sodexo in 2013 as a Deployment Manager for Technical Platform in Europe. Since then, she worked her way up to become a Regional Account Director responsible for developing and mobilizing new sites. Today as Senior Vice President, Strategic Accounts, she is a member of Sodexo Asia, Middle East and Africa Leadership team and member of the Board of Directors of Globeship Sodexo Services KK (GSS), Japan. Over the last six years the Strategic Accounts team has grown six times, making Sodexo a leader in providing a human, customer centric experience to clients.


Thuy is a member of Sodexo Global Advisory board for Gender Equality that promotes women in leadership position through coaching and mentoring, activities and also a Board Member of French Chamber of Commerce, connecting East West and promoting services industry.

A Master of Engineering., and an MBA, Thuy has worked and lived in five countries across three continents. Thuy is French-Vietnamese, and mother of two young children. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family and outdoors activities such as hiking and skiing.
