Van Nguyen is the Director of Open Innovation for Asia Pacific at L’Oréal. Her mission at L’Oréal is to identify and nurture external sources of innovation to complement internal research at L’Oréal, keep pace with a fast-moving world, exceed consumers' expectations, and most importantly, fulfill L’Oréal’s sustainability objectives for the planet.

With a background in Chemical Engineering and Business Administration, she has versatile and extensive experience in both industry and entrepreneurship.
