As the CEO of Adva, Venaig is leading a tech venture on a mission to help consumers to have a more sustainable everyday lifestyle. As the CMO of Re-Foods, she has successfully co-founded a venture on a mission to help consumers Eat Good and Do Good.

Before Olam, Venaig had an international career working for GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare (GSK, now Haleon) during 15 years across five regions, including France, United Kingdom, Africa, Middle East and Asia. Her last role was CMO for South East Asia and Taiwan where Venaig drove the growth of a portfolio of 5 categories in 9 countries.

Prior to joining GSK, Venaig started her career in Fortune 500 FMCG companies.

Venaig is also a French Trade Advisor and on the advisory board of several companies or universities. She also received several awards from the industry, including Asia’s Most Inspirational Woman 2022 and Marketeer of the Year 2018.
