With huge volumes of M&A activity in the Asia-Pacific Energy & Infrastructure sectors, join Hogan Lovells’ Stephanie Keen (Head of Corporate & Finance, Asia-Pacific) and Matt Bubb (Head of Infrastructure, Energy, Resources & Projects, Asia-Pacific), as they share some hints and tips about running an efficient and successful process, whether acting for the seller or the buyer.
M&A processes may not form part of the usual day-to-day work for many in-house counsels or commercial teams, and so being asked to run (or participate in) a process might be a bit daunting.
