AGM 2020 (Annual General Meeting)

The French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore is glad to inform you that its Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 10 June 2020 from 5.00pm to 6.00pm by video conferencing. 

Please confirm your participation by registering or with an email to president(@)fccsingapore.com before Monday 8 June 5pm. Then, a link and password will be sent to you closer to the date - a telephone conference number will also be available. 

Please note that there is no election this year as board members were elected in June 2019 for a 2 year-mandate.

Voting

In accordance with Singapore law relating to 2020 AGMs, members must vote by proxy only and appoint the President of the French Chamber (Chairman of the meeting) as their proxy to vote at the general meeting.

Members must indicate their vote for each resolution. Members who fail to indicate a vote for a resolution will be deemed to have abstained for this resolution.

Raising of questions

Please note that it will be a live broadcasting of the AGM and that questions from the audience will not be possible. Questions should therefore be sent before the AGM.

Members who wish to raise questions or a specific matter are invited to do so with an email to president(@)fccsingapore.com before Wednesday 3 June 5pm so that these can be addressed later on this page or at the meeting.
